1. Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any activity that would violate the rights of others. You will not upload or transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

2. Service Provision

Subscription

Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis. Fees are charged as per the agreement with the institute. We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon 30 days' notice.

Service Availability

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Service available 24/7, except for planned downtime and any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. Intellectual Property

We own all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all related intellectual property rights. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or intellectual property. The data you and your users enter into the system remains your property.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you must contact your institute administrator.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall InstituteBuddy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
